Project Summary

Hager’s Crossing was the first planned unit development in Hagerstown, Maryland. The four-phase project consists of 240 acres, 903 units with a mix of single-family detached homes, townhouses, garden apartments, condos, and a community center/recreation area. The project restored a section of the tributary to Rush Run Creek, several wetlands, and adhered to Marylands Forest Conservation Ordinance.
